ACNE- also known as acne vulgaris or a pimple caused by excessive secretion of testosterone in both male and female. It is an adolescence sign on the face. It may be also due to excessive secretion of oil or active working of sebaceous gland that present under the skin. It may also due to the accumulation of dirt or foreign particles inside the open pores of the skin. Intake of medicines that contain steroids or lithium may also cause acne. Blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and zits are types of acne. Dead cell accumulation on the skin is also another reason for acne. Hence it is really important to wash your face with soap for four times and frequent moisturizing of face with water is required.

Nowadays, it is very popular topic that retinoid beat acne. Retinoid should be applied on the face once a day and the applied parts should be shield from exposure to direct sun rays. Don’t touch your skin too often no matter how clean your hands are. Playing or popping the acnes will spread the acnes all over the face even on your back and hands. Stress is an important factor of acnes. Relax your body by doing yoga or exercises. 
    Steaming your skin will help to remove unwanted oil or dirt. Drinking at least 6 liters of water every day will help to detoxify the blood hence the whole working system. Drinking hot water with lemon, honey and cinnamon will help to keep the skin clear. Try to drink green tea that are good in anti-oxidants to remove unwanted fats beneath the skin.
