SpiceJet to expand its services

Budget airlines SpiceJet is set to introduce 20 new flights in India from December. The new flights include flights from Bangalore and Chennai as well as one connecting Ahmedabad to Bangkok.

The plan is being seen as a move to cash in on the upcoming holiday season. The airline is also launching a flight on the Delhi-Port Blair route. Port Blair in Andaman is a hot-favourite destination of tourists. SpiceJet is aiming to acquire a larger share in the airline market by scaling up its operations.
